All the rates are subject to 13% VAT Extra.

Check IN time is 2:00 pm and Check Out time is 12:00 noon. Half day rate will be charged on late checkout up to 6:00 pm and on availability basis. Later than 6:00 pm will be full day charge.

Government taxes are subject to change without prior notice and the same would be followed for all billing purpose.

Any services/items consumed or utilized over and above the package shall be charged extra as per the applicable rates to that individual and the amount has to be collected while checkout.
Child Policy

Children under 5 years will be complimentary

Children between 6 – 12 years, meal rates will be applied sharing the same bed with parents.

Full rate will be applicable for children above 12 years.
Cancellation Policy

72 hrs. prior Check In – no cancellation applied

72 hrs. – 24 hrs. – 50% of the rate proposed

Below 24 hrs. or no show – One night retention

Deposit and Mode of Payment

A non-refundable deposit, equal to 50% of estimated reservation / event charge including all accommodation, food and beverage, room and equipment hire cost must be paid to the Hotel to hold the reservation. The balance must be settled at the time of Check Out. All confirmation to be made on company’s letterhead /mail. All payments in the name of :-

Force Majeure
The company agrees that there are exceptional circumstances where the service operators like airlines, hotels, the respective transportation providers or concern may be unable to honor the confirmed bookings due to various reasons like climate conditions, labor unrest, insolvency, business exigencies, government decisions, operational and technical issues etc. The company agrees that the Resort shall not be responsible for such force majeure events.
