Naranthan Peak Challenging Hike

Narayanthan is believed to be the highest peak residing at the southern hills, the Mahabharat Range. The altitude around 3021 m boast the magnificent view of panoramic mountain ranges from Dhaulagiri to Makalu region. A hilltop itself is sufficient to serve the painstaking view of more than 50 peaks including 8 peaks above 8000m. Moreover, the hilltop is also the best place to have the vertical view of Nepal with the Tibetan peaks at north and the Gangetic plain of India at south.

Day 1

The highlight of this hill is the mesmerizing views of Himalayan Ranges from Mt. Everest to Mt. Annapurna. Apart from this it boasts upon the views of terai region, including wanpur and Janakpur. With a good weather one can also see some parts of India. The peak is covered with snow in the winter and is accompanied by cool breeze in summer. The whole trip takes around 5 hours to hike up for 1200m.
